Warranty Claim
1. Only one claim per submission will be processed.
2. A Picture of the claim is mandatory for us to evaluate.
3. It is in our right to disapprove any claim request that is found incorrect or a fraud.
4-step return policy for ZPRO Lithium Batteries
Step One
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your zpro lithium battery to initiate a return request.
Step Two
Pack the battery securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
Step Three
Ship the package to our designated return address. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance.
Step Four
Once we receive and inspect the returned battery, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable fees or shipping costs.
Important!
Please note that we only accept returns for zpro lithium batteries and chargers that are in their original condition and have not been used or damaged. We also reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
